Shipping Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the event of shipping damage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail.

International orders (outside the United States) are currently made at the buyer's own risk. Shipments may experience delays due to different countries’ restrictions on imports and mail; for this reason we can’t guarantee any firm ship times. Be sure to inform yourself of your country's current policies on parcels coming from abroad before ordering to stay in the know regarding your possible order. Shipping locations include United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, France, Australia & Switzerland. Please send an email to orders@vahallastudios.com if you don’t see your country listed here. International buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees specific to their country, shipping cost does not include duties or fees.

Split Shipments

Our store features a variety of print items that all have their own packaging needs; for this reason, your order may be split between 2 packages to ensure the safety and quality of each item ordered.
